Robert has a business degree, a background in chartered accounting as well as being a carpenter. He brings a wealth of knowledge to managing residential, commercial and industrial buildings.

With extensive experience in strata and the building and facilities management industry, combined with a background in accounting, Robert has the knowledge to effectively manage and develop building facilities.

Robert has managed a broad range of strata plans ranging from 21 to 350 lots, from largely housing commission ownership to prime developments with multi-million dollar apartments. Robert’s open and consistent communication, combined with his strong understanding of the objectives of property owners and Strata Managers, has earned him a high level of trust from clients. Robert has assisted Executive Committees and Strata Managers in drafting financial year budgets including all defect related expenditure as well as detailed analysis of sinking fund plans to improve their reliability and usability.

Robert understands all the levels and challenges of facilities management which has culminated in a thorough set of operational systems, structures and processes to provide clients with industry best service.
